Pet Policy
Pets Welcome Upon Approval. All pets require Vet records and a photo. Breed restrictions apply. Limit of 2 pets per home. Maximum adult weight is 35 pounds. Pet deposit is $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet. Breed restrictions: Pit Bull (also known as American or British Staffordshire Terrier), German Shepard, and Rottweiler. Due to some residences not having green space to walk dogs, we do restrict dogs.
